South Pacific Cruising

South and West in the the Pacific

Our first season in the South Pacific is the voyage from Mexico to New Zealand via the Marquesas, Tuamotus, Society Islands, Cook Islands, Niue & Tonga. We set off in search of beautiful islands & clear water. We found that and much, much more. The South Pacific exceeded our expectations. It is truly one of the most beautiful regions on this planet.

North and East in the Pacific

Our second season in the South Pacific finds us traveling from New Zealand to the Marshall Islands stopping in Fiji, Tuvalu and the Kiribati Islands along the way. Our four months in Fiji were hampered by a bad weather season, but were highlighted with many wonderful guests. Tuvalu marks our return to a Polynesian Island and to much warmer weather. The 90 degree water in Tuvalu was very welcoming to us. Our time in the Kiribati was extended far beyond the initial plan of one month due to the wonderful people there. Four months later we sailed up to the Marshall islands.

The Long Way Home

The final part of our journey involved a 41 day passage covering over 5,000 nautical miles.
